DISC Assessment: An in-depth (fee-based) questionnaire that provides insight into one’s emotional reactions and behavioral habits. Several
alternate versions

Keirsey Temperament Sorter: A basic questionnaire somewhat comparable to the DISC profile, this assessment provides insight into one’s personal needs, social roles, communication style, and other personality traits.
Myers-Briggs Assessment: A basic questionnaire based on Jung’s classic typology. Useful to identify one’s default means of energy acquisition, information processing and perception, and decision making.
Personal Values Assessment: A very basic questionnaire to help clarify your values, motives, talents, and attitudes. Especially useful in comparing how one’s values harmonize with one’s work environment.
Enneagram: Various approaches to the nine personality types of the often-misunderstood Enneagram. Useful in building self-awareness of one’s psychological, social, and spiritual orientations.
